Astronomical Society of Australia's Annual Scientific Meeting

ASM sessions live-streamed via Zoom | July 9, 2017, 4:26 p.m.

The ASA ASM 2017 LOC are pleased to announce that all sessions of the Annual Scientific Meeting will be available for live-streaming via the Zoom platform. To view a session, find out which venue it's in via the online program, and then click the relevant link below to join the meeting:

Molonglo Theatre: https://anu.zoom.us/j/545579212
Barton Theatre: https://anu.zoom.us/j/106727648

You will be prompted to install the Zoom client if required. Zoom can be run from your personal computer, tablet or mobile phone.

The meetings have been configured so new participants are muted by default - please keep mute turned on to avoid talking over the speaker, or switch it on if it isn't already. The technical staff at the conference venue will be able to remove participants from the Zoom meeting who fail to mute themselves, or are otherwise disruptive.

During the single-session parts of the conference, the feed from the Molonglo Theatre will be streamed into the Barton Theatre for those participants wishing to stay outside the main conference venue. The stream from the Molonglo Theatre will also be shown in the child-care room (the Griffin Room); if you are in the child-care room and wish to view the stream from Barton Theatre, you will need to do so via your own computer/device.
